our services are used.

Website administrators (school staff):

• Associated school

• Account credentials (passwords are stored using secure hashing and salting and

are not stored in plain text)

Parents and subscribers:

• Name

• Email address (for the purpose of receiving school newsletters and

communications)

Members-only website users (where enabled by a school):

• Name

• Email address

• Password-protected access credentials

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information unless required by law or with

explicit consent.

How We Collect and Hold Personal Information

We generally collect personal information directly from individuals when they:

• Create or manage a website administrator account.

• Register to receive school newsletters.

• Create an account to access password-protected areas of a school website; or

• Contact us for support or service-related purposes.

Personal information is stored securely within our systems and supporting service

providers and is accessible only to authorised personnel.

4. Purpose of Collection, Use and Disclosure

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the purposes of:

• Providing, operating and supporting school websites and content management

services.

We do not sell personal information.
