Website analytics reports

Analytics reports should be coming every month!

Each month, we’ll send your school a Website Traffic Report that gives a snapshot of how your website is being used. The report is easy to follow and is designed to help you see what pages are being visited, how people are finding your school online, and which devices they’re using.

Website Views Over Time
This section shows how many people visited your site each day during the past month. It’s useful for spotting busy times — for example, after newsletters go out or enrolments open.

Most Popular Pages
Here you’ll see which pages are getting the most attention. This helps you know what families and visitors are looking for most.

Device Usage
Many families access school info on the go, so it’s great to know how your site is being used.

Search Terms
This section tells you what people typed into Google that led them to your website. It shows how your school is being found and what topics are drawing attention.

Average Time on Site
You’ll also see how long people are spending on your site overall. A longer time means they’re finding your content useful and sticking around to read it.

Need Help Reading the Report?
You don’t need to be a tech expert to use this information. If you’d like help understanding your results or want to explore something more specific - we’re here to help. Just email us at helpdesk@updat-ed.com.au.
