We have implemented an additional security step when logging in to your Updat-ed website to help keep your website and school information secure.

What has changed?
When logging in to your website, you will now be required to complete an additional security step.

After entering your usual username and password, a one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to the email address associated with your website login. Simply enter this code when prompted to complete your login.

What do you need to do?
To ensure you receive your one-time passcode emails, please ask your school's IT support to whitelist/allow emails from:

news@sponsor-ed.com.au

This is particularly important for schools with stricter email security or filtering in place.

Your school IT technician or Department IT support should be able to assist if required.

How to log in

1. Log in to your website using your usual username and password.

2. A one-time passcode will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Enter the code when prompted to complete your login.

Not receiving your passcode?

If your passcode doesn't arrive, please check your junk or spam folder. If it is not there, contact your school's IT support to check whether the email has been blocked or quarantined by your school's email security system.

This additional security measure is now active for all Updat-ed website logins.

Kind regards,
